Contemporary China

This book explores the architectural and urban transformations that have taken place in China in recent decades. The analyses and studies, with valuable contributions from scholars of Chinese culture, focus mainly on selected projects that propose virtuous solutions in terms of their relationship with context, heritage, and the natural environment.
