Michele De Luca. Nei Mondi

Nel 2022 Michele De Luca realizza un dipinto di grandi dimensioni dal titolo misterioso “Nei mondi”. Punto di arrivo della ricerca inquieta di un teatro del cosmo in cui le esplosioni di luce si affermano quando l’ombra è più nera. Una mistica laica che proietta una visione personale sulle nuove frontiere dell’astrofisica inserendosi nella discussione continua ancor oggi nel mondo diviso tra arte e scienza. Questo libro ha l’intento di restituire attraverso oltre cento opere la storia di un talento autentico dell’arte italiana contemporanea. Le parole poetiche dell’artista e la sua passione per la pittura si intrecciano con la riflessione critica di Anna Imponente e il dittico dedicatogli dallo scrittore Silvio Perrella.

In 2022 Michele De Luca made a large painting with the mysterious title “Nei mondi” (In the Worlds). It was the culmination of a restless search for a theatre of the cosmos in which explosions of light emerge most powerfully where the shadows are blackest. A secular mystic, he projects his personal vision onto the new frontiers of astrophysics, joining the debate still ongoing in a world torn between art and science. This book tells the story, by way of over a hundred works of art, of one of contemporary Italy’s genuine artistic talents. His passion for painting interweaves with the words of the poetry the artist writes, a critical analysis by Anna Imponente and a diptych poem dedicated to him by the writer Silvio Perrella.
